Zapiers Parser Email With RingBot Automation Guide


Step 1: Click on Create Zap 



Step 2: Trigger 

  • Search for your app event 

    • Email Parser By Zapier












Step 3: Setup Email Parser Tigger

  1. Trigger Event 

    1. New Email


Step 4: Login to Email Parser By Zapier


Step 5: Choose Mailbox

If you do not have a Mailbox go to https://parser.zapier.com/ and press create 

Step 6: Copy the email address and add it to the website/landing page where you receive notifications that someone has filled out your form. You will also need to go back to Zapier and choose the MailBox for your Trigger. 

















Step 7: Go to your webform and fill it out with your information and then go back to https://parser.zapier.com/ to set your template. Switch out your name with name, phone number with phone, email with email so it will pick up everytime the person's information fills out the form. 



Step 8: Add in CallWidget for your Next Action.














Step 9: Choose Action Event 

  • Run Automation 


Step 10: Connect CallWidget for the Business Account that you will be using the Zap in. 


Step 11: Setup Action (Skip and go to Step 12 if you have not set up your automation) 

  • First Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Install

  • Automation



Step 12: Login to the business account and go to automations






Step 13: Click the New Automation Button to Start Your Automation 


Step 14: Choose Keyword Text Message as your Trigger


Step 15: Choose the following:

  • Install 

  • Keyword tag - Contact Us (If you don’t have this go to settings and tags to add the keyword)

  • Select your preferences

    • Add tags to contacts

    • Send message when keyword is in any part of the message

    • Stop on Reply


Step 16: Set up Automation to send one of the following: 













Step 17: Name the Automation (Contact Us) and Save Automation. 


If you need to finish you zap return to step 11
