Step 1: Login to the Agencies account 


Step 2: Login to the business



Step 3: Go to Settings then Users


Step 4: Make sure the user is added


*If not, press New User to add User.


Step 5: Check User Settings for Notifications

  1. Make sure the user has notifications turned on

    1. Email and Text or Just one or the other



Step 6: Make sure user is added to widget


If not continue to Step 7 

If they are and they still aren’t receiving notification submit ticket to support


Step 7: Click Add User to add the agent to the widget.
