Before you get started make sure to turn on permissions for your email provider.
For Gmail they are below:

Step 1: Turn on permissions for your email provider
If you are using gmail click the links below
Step 2: Go to your email settings and click Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Go to IMAP access and click Enable IMAP
Step 3: Save Changes
Step 4: Login to your business via WebChat Widget
Step 5: Go To settings and click integrations
Step 5: Click Connect
Step 6: Click SMTP
Step 7: Enter in your account information
Enter in your email address you want to send emails from and receive emails too.
Enter in who you want the emails to be sent from
If using google click HERE for the following information
Enter in your Receiving Emails
IMAP HOST
IMAP PORT
Password (This is the email that you use to sign into your email account)
Enable SSL Turn this on
Enter in your Sending Emails
SMTP HOST
SMTP PORT
Password (This is the email that you use to sign into your email account)
Enable SSL turn this on
Step 8: Add Signature (optional)
Step 9: Enter Opt-out Text (optional)
Step 10: Save
